Waiver
- Everyone entering the premises must sign a liability waiver for every visit, this is whether you are riding or not.
- Children under 18 must have a parent to sign their waiver, even if the parent is not in attendance, and they must be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times
- If you are a parent of a child under 18 who will be riding and you will not be attending, please click on the button below and fill out the waiver in your name and add your child under the minor section.
Rules and FAQ
The rules listed below are for your safety and the safety of others around you.
- Helmets and other proper safety equipment are highly recommended for adults and children under 18 must wear helmets at all times.
- There is absolutely no riding after dark

- Possum Creek Off-Road Park is a family friendly park. Fighting or aggressive behavior, underage drinking, public nudity, firearms, illegal drugs, or fireworks will not be tolerated.
- At the entrance, around the buildings, shelters, and campgrounds, there is a 5 mph speed limit and no spinning of tires or making donuts allowed in these areas as well
- Absolutely no riding in the blue swimming hole, only swimming is allowed. Also there is no lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk. Also all children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at the swimming hole.
- You must wear your wrist band at all times. This gives you reentrance for that day if you need to leave and come back that day.
- You cannot ride in the farming fields if there have been crops planted.
- You are allowed to bring your own coolers and food, but glass containers are prohibited.
- Pets are allowed, but please do not let them run loose or by themselves.
- Small campfires are allowed, but they must be attended to at all times and contained in a fire pit or barrel, and as long as there is no burn ban within the county. No trash, glass, or cans in the fires.
- We accept card, cash, or cashapp at the entrance gate.
- Pricing may vary for some events.
- We have five hot showers you can use, and we have several porta potties available around the park. Make sure the water is turned off when the shower is not in use.
- We have two washing stations to rinse off your vehicle. Please make sure to turn off the water hose when done.
- We do have an air compressor for tires. Please ask staff at the entrance building to turn it on for you.
- We do not have hookups for camping, but primitive camping and generators for RVs are allowed.
- All types of vehicles are allowed, this includes trucks, jeeps, dirtbikes, ATVs, UTVs, and golfcarts, but please drive responsibly, and be aware of other riders and vehicles around you at all times.
- All riding is at your own risk.
- No drinking and driving. All state alcohol laws apply, including DUI laws.
- All vehicles must remain within the boundaries of the park and not allowed to cross property lines.
- No chainsaws or damage to any trees or vegetation on the property
- No littering. Trash must be placed in the trash can barrels placed all around the park.
- Safety flags on ATVs and UTVs are not required but are highly recommended.
- Possum Creek Off-Road Park is a natural habitat, please be aware of wildlife, bugs, and poisonous plants on this property.
